the founders

Born from the shared vision of three lifelong friends, xhāl was created with the belief that meaningful experiences foster connection with ourselves and others.

As yoga practitioners, entrepreneurs, and lifelong students, each founder contributes a unique perspective that shapes the studio. Together, they thoughtfully curated a space for movement, meditation, private gatherings, creativity, and moments of connection.

Her journey with yoga began during a time of personal transformation, and it quickly became a devotion to healing, connection, and purpose. Today, she guides others through that same process…helping students feel at home in their bodies, clear in their minds, and connected to their breath.

Deanna’s classes blend mindful movement, intentional breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. Whether flowing through vinyasa or settling into stillness, her offerings are designed to help students return to themselves. Expect to leave class feeling grounded, strong, peaceful, and empowered.
